Government grants for first time home buyers?

I just got approved for a loan and I am going to start looking at houses soon, I just wanted to know if there are still programs out there for first time home buyers, Im in Ohio by the way. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

There are expanded tax break available for 2009 first-time homebuyers http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=204672,00.html but no grants for first time home buyers.
Check with your mortgage agent the available loan programs for your situation
