Am I considered a first time home buyer?

My wife and I are getting divorced. We currently own a home and both our names are on the mortgage. If I were to buy my own house in my own name, do I qualify as a first time home buyer?

Man, if you can’t figure this out you should not be buying anything, your brain has not recovered from the trauma of the divorce.
No, you already bought a home, a new one would not be your first.
Make no decisions for awhile, you are obviously not thinking straight right now. Stress can do that to you.
